This Privacy Policy explains how BACC.BOT ("we") collects, uses and shares information when you use https://bacc.bot (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile image as provided by Google.
- Billing information — handled by Patreon. We store your Patreon user ID and membership status, never your payment details.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and our hosting provider (Vercel).
- Tool inputs — the game results you enter into the tool, used only to produce output for you.
2. How we use information
- to create and secure your account and send sign-in links;
- to process payments, manage your subscription;
- to operate, maintain and improve the Service;
- to communicate with you about your account or changes to the Service;
- to comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
3. Service providers
We share data only with providers needed to run the Service:
- Patreon — membership and payment processing;
- Resend — transactional email (sign-in links);
- Google — optional OAuth sign-in;
- Neon — database hosting;
- Vercel — application hosting and logs.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@bacc.bot.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed session tokens and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with its effective date.
