Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://bacc.bot and the software, content and services made available through it (collectively, the "Service"), operated by BACC.BOT ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Entertainment purposes only

The Service is provided strictly and solely for entertainment purposes. BACC.BOT is a software tool that analyses sequences of Baccarat outcomes and displays statistical output. It is not gambling advice, financial advice or a betting system, and it must not be relied upon as such. Baccarat is a game of chance. No software, model or method can predict the outcome of an independent random event with certainty, and we make no representation that use of the Service will result in winnings, profit or any particular result.

Any statistics, percentages, confidence scores, "success rates" or similar figures displayed on the website or within the Service describe the historical performance of our model against datasets and simulations. They are informational, are not a promise of future performance, and should not be interpreted as a guarantee.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. You are solely responsible for determining whether gambling, and the use of tools such as the Service, is lawful where you live and for complying with all laws that apply to you. We do not operate, facilitate or accept wagers of any kind.

3. Accounts

You may sign in using a Google account or a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email and Google accounts and for all activity under your BACC.BOT account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and billing

Access to the tool at /dashboard requires an active paid subscription of US$19 per month (plus any applicable taxes). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Membership and payments are handled by Patreon under its own terms; we do not receive or store your payment details. Access is granted while your Patreon membership is active. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your Patreon membership settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period already paid for.

5. Refunds

Payments are collected by Patreon, so refunds and billing disputes are subject to Patreon's own terms and policies. Questions about a charge can be sent to support@bacc.bot.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account or resell access to the Service;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the model or source code;
• use automated means to access the Service except through interfaces we provide;
• use the Service where doing so is unlawful or violates the rules of a venue or operator;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, model, design, text and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PREDICTION WILL BE CORRECT, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE ANY FINANCIAL RESULT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF MONEY WAGERED, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY WAGERING DECISIONS ARE MADE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Responsible gambling

Gambling can be addictive. Never wager more than you can afford to lose, and do not treat gambling as a source of income. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact a support organisation in your country.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections 1, 7, 8, 9 and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of BACC.BOT is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
